Vilamar Beach Lodge is a fractional ownership development in Vilanculos, Mozambique.  This website is not the official Villamar website, but rather a website designed by an existing fractional owner who would like to sell their claim in the development, specifically Lodge 2.

Villamar runs on a fractional ownership structure where each lodge is divided into 13 blocks, thus ensuring a maximum of 13 owners per lodge. Each of these blocks receives four weeks occupation per year, spread equally over the year to ensure a fair assortment of peak and off-peak weak allocations among all 13 owners.
